At Nutfield Surgical Associates, we are dedicated to providing you with high quality general surgical care. For over 27 years, Dr. Volker Kropp has served patients in our community with a proven commitment to excellence. He employs state-off-the-art surgical techniques to facilitate healing and wellness with a focus on your individual and overall healthcare needs. He takes the time to explain diagnosis and treatment options so that you feel at ease with his care. His specialized skill and knowledge combined with his concern and compassion have earned him the confidence of referring physicians and the gratitude of his patients. With the addition of Dr. Maria Azizian, we continue the tradition of providing the highest quality general surgical care in our area.

As General Surgeons, our physicians are fully trained and certified by the American Board of Surgery to perform services ranging from minor office procedures to complex procedures utilizing state-of-the-art techniques and treatments. They are skilled in providing a variety of surgical services including hernia repair, gastrointestinal, breast and thyroid surgery. They are proficient in minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic surgical techniques. You may rest assured knowing that our physicians have an advanced level of training combined with many years of professional experience.

Dr. Kropp remains in the forefront of surgical care with specialized training and expertise in performing Doppler-Guided Hemorrhoidal Artery Ligation and Recto Anal Repair. He has specialized training in office breast and thyroid biopsy procedures. He works closely with plastic surgeons to ensure that patients undergoing breast reconstruction receive optimal results. In addition, he is certified in Advanced Trauma Life Support.
